This five-week workshop is a space for deeper reflection about the "story we tell ourselves". The facilitator Raja SInjab, PhD will provide a safe container for the group to move through emotions and support one another by engaging in different activities to identify--where you came from, where you are now, and what you want your narrative to become. Through an empowered lens, you will be encouraged to acknowledge the past, make peace with the present, and embrace the growth of your future.

PathMaker is a facilitator-led peer mentoring program that empowers women through self-advocacy and personal growth. Using a strengths-based approach, participants gain confidence, support, and connection in a safe space. Each PathMaker selects a mentoring partner to work toward a personal goal, meeting individually and in monthly group sessions in Hyannis, hosted by WE CAN. Discussions cover topics like self-compassion, personal strengths, and vision-setting.

Program Details:

  • Duration: Nine months (September – May)

  • Meetings: Monthly, 2.5 hours in the evening

This is a 6 week in person group facilitated by a trained mental health professional.
