Celebrating Kat Pannill’s CFRE Certification

We are proud to share that Kat Pannill, Senior Development Manager at WE CAN, has officially earned her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credentials. This internationally recognized certification is the only accredited, globally recognized credential for fundraising professionals. It reflects Kat’s deep knowledge, highly ethical standards, and ongoing commitment to strengthening philanthropy.

Kat joined WE CAN in April 2022 and was promoted to Senior Development Manager in January 2024. In her role, she collaborates closely with the Executive Director to lead WE CAN’s fundraising initiatives and oversees all marketing and communications efforts. Her leadership and expertise have been vital in advancing our mission and ensuring that WE CAN continues to provide life-changing services to women in our community.

A true community leader, Kat was named a 2024 40 Under 40 honoree and actively serves on the CCYP Summit Committee, is a Board Member of the Cornell Club of Cape Cod, volunteers as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and is an alum of the Cape Leadership Institute’s Class of 2023. Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Kat enjoys walking the beach with her pup Pemberly, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
